Do Now: imagine you are a wealthy Italian person living in a small kingdom in the 1500's. your daughter is young, but not too young to be married. What would you say if a relative of the prince asked to marry your daughter? (Write this like you are really speaking to him!)

Literature: Answer Prologue and Act 1, Scene 1 Questions based on what you read on Friday (only period 3 will be able to finish the questions for the whole scene)
((The packets are not stapled, but you can staple them yourself.))
Hand out Romeo and Juliet Act 1 Vocabulary Lost.
Write a sentence for each vocabulary word in Act 1, Scene 1 in Vocabulary section. Make sure you date it and label it Act 1, Scene 1 Vocabulary Sentences.
