SSR Project
You will be creating a TIMELINE for the most important events in your novel. You may use the Chromebooks to complete it (it still must be printed) OR you may use white paper and markers. You will be able to print pictures as necessary from the Chromebooks. Please see link under resources for more details.

Poetry
Write a response journal to "Barbara Frietchie" by John Greenleaf Whittier. How does this poem make you feel? What associations can you make, perhaps to the heroes we discussed in class this week? What do you notice about the language? Does this poem leave you with any questions?

Read SSR Book (30 minutes)

Welcome Baby Henry!

Baby Henry David was born on Wednesday, April 18th, 2018, weighing 8 pounds and 4 ounces and measuring 20.5 inches long. Baby Henry came early because Mommy had sudden onset of a disorder called HELLP Syndrome and the doctors felt the best treatment for everyone was to make an early entrance! Maybe we can visit in June after all!
