Spring Recess Update 3/31/18

I have graded all Literature Chapter One Tests. The grades are in RealTime. If you are interested in Extra Credit, please see the separate post and share with me on Google Docs by Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018 at 11:00A.M. Period 6-7 ONLY will have until Thursday, April 5th, 2018 at 11:00A.M. to complete extra credit because their grades went in significantly later than the other classes. I apologize for that. Please make sure you title the document Literature Extra Credit, as I will have personal narratives in my inbox and I do not want to get them confused.

I have begin to grade the SSR Timeline Projects. All of Period 1-2's grades are listed in Real Time. If a zero appears, you have not handed in this assignment in. You may submit your Timeline for late credit (50 points) by Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018 at 11:00A.M. I will not accept this assignment later than that, as I will be finished grading them by then. All Timelines that I have in my possession will be graded for FULL credit, even if they came in 1-2 days late.

    Please be aware that all SSR Timelines have been graded. All grades appear in RealTime. If you are are one of the few people that still have a zero for this assignment, you will no longer be permitted to make this up. Remember you had two full class periods, a weekend, an extra day when I was sick, and then I permitted it to be handed in up to over a week late for FULL CREDIT. I can no longer accept this assignment.

    I will now be grading SSR logs. Grades for logs handed in on time should already appear in Real Time. The grades for SOME logs handed in one day late already appear in RealTime. The rest of these logs will be graded today.

    All logs that were handed in one day late have been graded. These grades appear in RealTime. Mr. Murphy will be handing back MOST of these logs on Monday.

    MOST of the logs that were handed in two days late have been graded. I will be putting in the grades when I am finished with grading all logs handed in two days late. Please be patient with me, for quite a few people handed their logs in two days late, and I patiently waited for your logs!

Welcome Baby Henry!

Baby Henry David was born on Wednesday, April 18th, 2018, weighing 8 pounds and 4 ounces and measuring 20.5 inches long. Baby Henry came early because Mommy had sudden onset of a disorder called HELLP Syndrome and the doctors felt the best treatment for everyone was to make an early entrance! Maybe we can visit in June after all!
